The Motor Vehicle Amendment Act 2019 has brought lots of changes to the penalty.
I don't know whether this is right for our country right now.
if a driver has to pay penalty for not following rules and driving without licence -
Is there any penalty to the government if the roads are not laid properly?
If the signals are not working properly?
Is there a penalty if the lanes are marked properly on the roads?
We have ministers who have no qualifications of their ministries and we function? what penalty would be there for them?
